I just got a Lobo Gun Leather carry package of belt, holster and mag carriers. As a new holster the fit of the gun in the holster it tight. How loose should I try to get it to be?

Right now I have to use two hands to unholster, one for the gun and the other to hold the holster down or else the gun won't come out of the holster.

I would like the fit to be loose enough so I can draw the gun out with one hand but I don't want it too loose. Do you thing it would be too loose if I could draw it with one hand only?

A tight new leather holster should end up "Goldilocks - just right" after break-in.
If they make it loose to start with, the gun will fall out later after the leather stretches from initial use.

Just keep playing with it and it will loosen up with use.
Leaving the gun in it over-night will help too, although it is not something you should do later.

Leaving a gun in a holster promotes rust after the holster has soaked up sweat & moisture from use.

What RC Model said. I make holsters and I recommend the buyer wear the gun in the holster around the house for two or three hours to allow the holster to accomodate itself to the gun, the owners waist and how tightly they buckle their belt. Leather, by it's nature, will stretch a bit in response to the mentioned conditions so it must be made tight to start with. Ray (Lobo Gunleather) knows how to make holsters and yours, as RC said will end up just right.

I would suggest not plastic wrapping your gun. I have done both a "slow" break in (aka wearing the holster with the firearm in it) as well as the plastic wrap. Although it stretches the holster only a fraction, I have found that the holsters natural retention somewhat diminishes after a shorter period of time with plastic wrap.
A slow break-in will yield a just right feel in a short time. My UBG's took only about 2 days of carrying and drawing to give me that perfect fit and retention.

I play with my 60 lb 10 month old puppy outdoors wearing a Yaqui slide tight enough that the compact .45 ACP does not jump or fall out. Yet it is loose enough for a smooth unabstructed draw
