I have an opportunity to purchase some firearms from an estate of a deceased family friend. I have been given some limited details about his firearm collection. I had seen it several years ago, but I do not remember model numbers or details. I was given a short list of some of the firearms, but yet again little detail.

I know that there are the following weapons for sale.

3 .38 revolvers indicated as Police............would that be Colt?

3 357 revolvers Smith and Wesson....no model numbers...I would guess that they are all pre 1980. what are some models ? I would guess they are all atleast 4 inch barrels or bigger.

1 .32 revolver

I know that this list is limited info , but I will be able to get some decent deals on these weapons. What do you think? What models should I look for? Thank you for your help!

If the price is right I would buy all 7 handguns. You might just find an old gem or two in the lot. You can go through them and if you don't want to keep them all you could keep a .38, a .357 and for sure keep the .32 just because it's a .32!

Like I said, if the price is right you might be able to sell off 4 and end up paying very little, if anything at all for the ones you keep.

PLEASE post a better list with Make and model #'s if possible. I would love to hear what old gems are there and for how much...
