THEN acts, if necessary. But it would be a good idea- a really good idea- a GENIUS LEVEL idea- to KNOW what you were getting involved in before you started physical actions to interrupt what you THOUGHT was going on, especially before you got involved with a drawn gun.
There are a lot of people carrying guns who need to have a good long sit-down session with a criminal defense attorney before they need one in court, it seems to me.
And as we seem to have lost headway on this one, it's done for now. If anyone wants to try and make some real progress on the subject, we can always try again...
