Hello guys,
The Mass police FINALLY sent the gun back to MD, after a four week run - around involving my having to write letters to release the gun, paying their favorite local in MAss the FFL fees and shipping money, requiring the letter be notarized, etc. etc. etc. It cost me ANOTHER $150 in expenses to get my own gun back. Then, when I went to pick the thing up in MD, my gun dealer told me I don't have to wait another seven days because I already owned the gun, but he had to call in a nics check before he could hand it over. No sweat I thought, the case has been dismissed, and was disposed on Dec 17th. So he called in the nics check, and they delayed me. They didn't turn me down, they "delayed" my pickup of the gun. Any ideas what is going on with this?
Thanks
-Quentin
