How unprofessional was this officer?

Just curious what you guys think of the performance of this undercover officer in an unmarked car with no visible badge of any kind nor verbal id as a LEO.

Isn't pulling a firearm with no threat WHAT-SO-EVER to your person, or anyone else for that matter, grounds for a serious case of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and mandatory jail time for the average citizen?

OH, and, by the way, do police officers write their own arrest and search and seizure warrants now WITHOUT authorization from ANY known judge?

While this is an interesting case and a scary situation, the issue at hand isn't related to a gun law or RKBA issue.

Worthy of discussion, but outside of our scope here at THR.
