Hunter or Hunted..?

Yeah, funny. I love how on the 2nd video, his 1st and 3rd shots hit the same place (just a tad left), but his 2nd shot hits even further left - why didn't he adjust after seeing the first miss, to the right, instead of further left?

That second one is way funny....personally after the second shot I would just have let it go. Hard to tell with the camera but it looked like less then 100 yards to me if Im missing that kinda shot then that deer is suposed to live.

The last vid is an example of poor shot selection in my book, also probably illegal as hell to boot.

why wold that be illigal? i'm not an experience hunter but what do you mean by illigal to boot?

probably taking a deer you may not have tag for ( possibly limited to 1 a season?) or if one was a doe, and you dont have a doe license..

i dont hunt myself, so i cant say for sure. ( no way im waking up that early to then lug 100+ lbs of meat out of the woods.)

The first video is set up. I saw the story-behind-the-story video.
The man put padding under his sleeves (you can see the white padding around his wrists) and covered himself with doe hormones. This was at a game ranch where the deer are fairly tame and you can walk up close to them. The buck was just reacting to the hormones.

Doesn't the second video sound like a lever action rifle? It may be iron sights in the hands of an inexperienced shooter. By the way, in my home state you cannot discharge a firearm toward a road, even a dirt road. That would be a violation here.

Around here (eastern NC), deer are very abundant and multiple tags are the norm, I believe.

I see there are some Halo players in the comments of the video Hoppy590 posted:
