One of my few very strong opinions about guns is that pistol-grip shotguns are about as bad an idea as ever came down the pike. I have reasons, but I'm not gonna hijack the thread with them.

I am very curious to know why the pistol grips are a bad idea. I was under the impression that they giver you better control over the weapon when its being fired..is this not the case?

I just heard the special snake permit in FL started today.

Small game is nearly done iirc. Things that are open right now to my knowlege is small game and snake; turkey is coming up soon too.

I haven't been keeping up too much, my license expired at the beginning of Feb. so I've been taking up fishing. I suppose I'm just gonna wait till next general gun season to renew since I don't have any wants to hunt turkey and all that jazz.
