Hunting load for 41 mag

I have a S&W Model 657 41 mag with 7 1/2 in bbl. I'm looking for a good deer hunting load. Anyone have any favorites? What powder to use for accuracy? What bullet performs the best?

Suggest: Sierra 170g JHC, AA9 (check their data), Starline case, magnum primers.

Might not be the fastest, but might offer superior accuracy.

i have this revolver in 6". it likes 215 gr round flat nose bullets from Oregon Trail (laser cast). good hard bullets you can shove with very little, if any, leading. bout all i shoot from it anymore.

expansion is zilch, but, penetration is a given. i don't recommend loads, however, there are some good ones in various loading books. i like other powders better than Blue Dot. this gun, this bullet, like Blue Dot. so that is what i use. your mileage may vary
