Oregon has the 5rd Semi Auto limit but no mention of a limit for other actions. Yes we have the 3rd shotgun since it is a fed law.

Kentucky shotgun is 3 total for all hunting. For deer, there is a limit which I think is 7 because a 5 rd AR mag is pretty valuable around deer season.
