This is of course a hypothetical question, but If you could take a hunting trip in the national park of your choice, which park would you choose and why?

I'd pick Yellowstone Nat. Park to hunt wolves and elk.

Why?

Wolves should be hunted/thinned NOW but several no-knowledge groups have banned together to get a tree-hugger judge to re-list the wolf. The wolf has all but annialated the elk population since the Feds re-introduced it into Yellowstone. The ranchers hate the wolf because it hasn't stayed in the Nat. park. Evidently, the wolves' maps of the park must have gotten lost.

The wolf is a great and wonderful predator but man has interfered in all of nature so we have to take responsibility for controling all aspects & that includes controlling the number and range of this fierce preditor.

Me , too, i woud like to take down a bull and cow elk and a bison. And i could just imagine how exciting it s gonna be going over there and coming home full of red meat ! That be a dream to cherish a lifetime ! Weapon to choice is my Finn M 39 Sako loaded with Sellier and Belliot 180 gr SP.

I would probably pick bighorn in Rocky Mountain National Park. Possibly caribou at Denali.
