Yes I'm a convert to the Red Dot.
I have been carrying my HK P2K9 for 10 years. It has become part of me. Yet I'm getting older and have been going back and forth between a S&W CORE with total APEX package and RMR; I can shoot a solid 3 inch group at 50 meters and hit 90% at 100 meters standing with it.
I also have a Agency Arms Glock 17 with RMR and Wilson barrel. It is fantastic and I can shoot it as well or better than the CORE

My problem is that I've depended on my HK for years and I have a new VP9. I love it and want to get one with the new slide and RMR. I would still send it to Bill Springfield for spiffing and stay with Trijicon for the red dot.

Should I make a decision or keep all three.

The only "decision" I see is deciding which guns are going to the range each time you go. Use them all as it sounds like they're very accurate and reliable.

The more the merrier is my favorite gun saying!

Hmmmmmm Sort of the answers I'm looking for. I was just feeling guilty.

No reason to feel that way...unless of course to finance your latest acquisition you: 1) used the house payment/rent money, 2) broke into the kid's piggy banks, or 3) spent that money you had been saving for your wife's birthday/anniversary present.

If not, then enjoy!

Feel guilty about buying one if you must, but never feel guilty about keeping them.

I only sell guns for two reasons:

1) There is something that I do not like about it. It's happened to me a few times. Buy a gun, find out there's something you don't like when you actually shoot it.

2) I need or want the money for something else. I'm not too proud to admit that in my younger days I had to sell some guns to keep bills paid. These days, it would be to finance a different gun.

Keep all three. Otherwise you will be on the other thread crying about the one you got rid of with regrets. I left some tears on that thread.

keep all three, if you can, especially if you are going to sell through another person who will take a cut. You can lose a lot very fast.

I see no reason to part with any of them, unless you really need the money.

Be happy, practice with all, and you can sleep happy.

If you can get what you want without selling anything, that would be the answer.

If you can’t, the world is awash with Glock’s and S&W’s. If you sell one you can always pick up another.

if you shoot the glock better than the S&w, sell the smith. get the vp9 done up how you like it and see how it compares to the glock. sell the one you don't shoot as well.
essentially dance with all 3 and date the one that fits you best. no need to keep all 3. you'll find you inevitably leave the one you like least in the safe and at that point, why have it.
