... shoot it or keep it NIB? Its a Model 70 Classic Featherweight in 6.5x55. What is the collector potential here, if any? What would you do? I suppose I could save my pennies and try to find another one, probably used, and shoot that one. That might take awhile though.
 
do not shoot it,i repeat do not shoot it, sale it to me. just kidding, it is collectible right now if it,s new in the box 1000-1200, they didn,t make alot of them. eastbank.
 
Mine is controlled feed, the action is slick and smooth.

If you want the money go sell it. If you want to shoot it, go shoot it.

Seriously, they are a pleasure to shoot and nice and light to hunt with. Shoot that thing- YOU'RE WORTH IT. You deserve something nice in your life.
 
As a post script, you can always try to find a Rem M700 Classic in 6.5 Swede.
