I found some really odd brass

I was given a big box of assorted brass several years ago. I decided to go through some of it this last week and found a nice treasure trove of very useful brass, 44mag, 45lc, 38spl, 357mag, even some 257wby that I have for trade in that section. Then I found some funny looking 30-30 brass. The neck has been enlarged to .355. I found two loaded rounds and the flat point bullest measure .355 as well. All of the head stamps say 30-30. What is this?

If it's not the Herrett you sure it's not 30-30 brass sized up to 32 sp?
