I have a compelling urge for a hammerless J-frame...

I'd like a Smith snubbie, but got no extra $$. Will have to make do with my first edition Colt Agent.

I just reloaded 50 rounds of 158gr LSWC for practice tomorrow to go along with .22 practice in my J 2 inch snub .22 (the other practice gun is a J 642.)

With lots of primers,, powder, slugs, and buckets of brass I don't worry about ammo.

One thing to consider about a centennial is how you are going to carry it. If you use a holster on your belt, the larger Crimson Trace laser grips are great. They give you something to hang on to, but you'll have a harder time putting them in your pocket. For pocket carry you are better off with smaller grips and nothing to sticky. There are a few, maybe just one, grip that's designed specifically for the centennial frame.

These are Spegel's high horn grips in ebony or black wood. You'll notice the wood goes to the top of the back strap.

Have fun getting your pocket rocket,

^^^Those grips are beautiful. Plus, it looks like they effectively widen the backstrap up by the hump for those (like me) who try to get the web of their hands as high up on the gun as possible. Bonus. I'll have to look into those, thanks. I figured that most spiegels looked about like the old uncle mikes, or the current stock S&W grips, didn't know about the high horn grip.
