I have found a great gun for a great price on gun broker, I have read the customer feedback and the seller has 19 positive feedbacks, I'm tempted to get this gun but curious about the whole process, what if something is not true to form as described , or something like that would glock fix anything thats damaged or will gunbroker or am I screwed. any input will help:confused:

WHy don't you provide a link to the auction so that we can give you some insight as to whether it is too good to be true or just a good deal.

I've bought off gunbroker and gotten good deals.

Its a risk is thaat 19 positive with no negative - if so go for it.

I'd say that's a good deal if it wasn't a glock...j/k :D

seems like a fair deal to me, go for it.

Eh, no.

Around here they go for about $530 new. Consider shipping fees and FFL cost at both ends...probably come out to be the same price or darn near.

Then again you'd have to pay tax on a new one, so a tossup.

If you have to have a 10mm that's a mighty fine pistol. A used Glock 21 can be had for $50 cheaper(than the "buy it now" price) if you look around, and over a lifetime of shooting it the ammo will be a lot cheaper and more plentiful. Buy what makes you happy and if that doesn't work out buy some more. :)

I'd have to agree, that's not that great of a deal. I've seen barely used GLOCKs in the used case at my local shop for the same price or less, usually with more accessories/mags.

If you really wanna go for it, I'd say the seller is legit. But if it were me, I'd hit up local fun shops or pawn shops first.

Also, if you don't mind used guns, check out http://summitgunbroker.com/ for some good deals.

For example - http://www.summitgunbroker.com/1966891.html

Same gun, looks to be barely used. Only has one mag, but used/new mags are what, $15-$20?

I bought all of my Glocks for $470 each... brand new from the dealer.

$420, plus approx $30 for a transfer at your local FFL or more... plus shipping.....

it's about what I paid really. You should be able to get that price locally.

what dealer for 470,.chesse. I would buy from him tonight

I would like to know do they have a website , where I could get a new glock 10mm , Im military I have not seen those prices

Glock

datruth: Sir; Glock will repair anything wrong with it. Read again the feedback from Auction arms. Maybe not a good situation?
What part of the country are you from? In NC $480.00 new at shows is fairly common.

datruth-
It's not unheard of for Glocks to sell for $350 here in Alabama, but it's not the common practice. Last I knew of there was one FFL who sold all his Glocks for under $400 ($350 IIRC).

Such a common gun could be had for cheaper if going through a high volume dealer. $470 would be too high for me.

I don't know your location, but I would recommend calling around to dealers in big cities nearby, and save a bundle on shipping and transfer fees.

I concur with some of the other posters on this. It seems like a decent price, but not a bargain.

Remember that the reserve is not met, so the current price is not what he will eventually pay for it. I guess the reserve is $450. So like the other posters said: $450 + $25 Shipping + Approx $25 Transfer Fee + $500 for a used gun you have not touched, or had an inspection on. Spend a few more dollars and be safe. Now to contradict myself I just got a EAA 10mm off there I am extremely happy with.
