I picked up a NIB CZ 100 at the Indy 1500 Gun show today. I got it for $319.
I put 75 rounds through it this evening and it shoots very well. The only thing I'll have to work around is the mag release. It's in a spot on the grip where I'm either releasing it during firing, or the slide doesn't lock back when empty unless I'm shooting one handed.
That's very minor though, and I can work around that.

I also found a Star Firestar plus for $240. It shoots great also. These are both 9mms, and will alternate as my CCW.

If you haven't already, check out www.czforum.com They have sections devoted to each of the CZ weapons and the one for the CZ100 has directions for a trigger job that supposedly makes it much better to shoot.

Welcome to the CZ cult.

Well, the 100 is an oxymoron IMO. The grip/ergonomics are simply perfect.
Its accurate and runs like a Timex...but the triggers need HELP! Great gun..
I do holsters for them once in a while.....they are nice to carry.

The Star is another favorite.......great great gun. Email me and I can tell you how to make the trigger perfect and get rid of the mag safety if you want.

Shoot well......

Oh No!!! You bought a CZ :banghead:

You have to be very careful.

They are highly addictive and they'll ruin you for so many lesser guns that sell at greater price

I was placing pretty decent groups with the CZ at the range Saturday night.
I just need to do something with the mag release. I either grip it in such a way that I hit the release before the mag's empty, or the slide doesn't lock upen when it's done because I'm trying to avoid hitting the mag release with an altered grip.
Other than that it's a good little shooter.

One big happy CZ family awaits you:)
