I just got some great range time....

I just did the best kind of shooting.....with my Dad.

We went out to the ole' family farm and shot off a few hundred rounds through some of our pistols..... It was great. The really good part is we dusted off some of his nicer WW2 pistols and & sent a few rounds down range through them too... The group included a WW2 Luger & WW2 P38.

I'm on the other end of that. I get to shoot with my sons...and you are correct! It is GREAT fun! My dad doesn't shoot any more. In fact, I cannot remember the last time he and I did shoot together. The most recent photo I have is pre 1972.

So, go shoot with your dad again...repeat often! Take pictures and video...it will be fun to watch in twenty or thirty years! If you have kids, make sure you get them in on the day , too.
