Great news for 10 mm lovers out there.
The new Fortis pistol will be able to take the beating the the full house 10 mm Auto amo with no problem whatsoever.
The technician stressed this point, that they will do extensive testing on the toughest 10 mm load available.
He said that the pistol will be safe up to a reasonable amount of overpressure ammo, each individual pistol will be prooftested.
He told me that I will be able to go box after box of the most "nuclear" stuff out there from Buffalo Bore, Corbon or Double tap, the pistol has been designed around the full SAAMI spec 10 mm from scratch.
They hope that they will be able to take orders by Christmas this year....and they will try to keep the price under $1000...the basic version will have plastic grips and blued matte finishing.
Maybe my quest for the ultimate Ten is over...probably I will wait few months before tordering one to see what the first impressions are and the quality of Customer Service in case of need.
