The wife bought me the PLR-16 for our first year wedding anniversary.
I kept mint without the forearm, just liiks meaner.
added a military style compensated flashhider, which seems to have improved functionand made it very controllable.
It looks great with those vietnam 20 round mags.
This IS the pistol you want on the range if you like to be noticed.
I love this gun.

For pocket carry the keltec is the way to go. My P3at is 100% with FMJ but isn't broken in enough for JHP. 
I really like mine for Hot weather carry, which is almost always down here. If the Ruger LCP pans out, I will probably get one. But I will wait until the inevitable bugs are worked out.

Problems at first, back to the shop, zero problems since, after, say, 300 rounds. I hate shooting the thing. It has enough play between slide and frame to drop a shot noticeably at 25 feet. Who cares?
Point being, after a Sig and an XD9SC, my KT has done what it's supposed to do.
It's around more often than anything else, because it's "pocket change." And it works.
