I wear an HKP7M8 with an IWB holster when out and about am able to wear a shirt untucked. But at my office without a jacket it it very difficult. Even holsters that advertise a tuckable version i can not trust enough to walk around in front of my patients. If they see a gun suddenly, they will freak out
I knew that i needed an ankle gun but did not want to go to anything less than a 9mm for a weapon. My choices came to either a R9 or the Kahr PM9. After considering multiple things, i chose the kahr pm9. Its a great gun and with the addition of the Agrip and Pearce mag extension, it has made shooting even more enjoyable.
In search of an ankle holster, I decided to go with Ken Null. I called him and he was very nice on the phone and said he will send out the holster in one week. I was quite surprised. In these days of custom holsters taking months to complete. In exactly 10days, i received my holster. I am quite impressed with the workmanship. I wear the holster daily to work, and it is very comfortable. Sometimes I forget that I even have it on. It has a padded backing to make it comfortable and not slip. It keeps the gun very secure. I have made fast dashed from my office to the parking lot in the rain, and felt very secure that the gun is not going to pop out. Overall I would recommend this holster/Pm9 combo for anyone that is in a situation that an ankle carry is the only option.
