I had to go into the county seat today to get my DL renewed, and I decided to finish up my LTCF paperwork on the same trip.
Turning in my under-21 DL for an adult licence took an hour and a half.
Turning in my "he's a good boy" slip from the local police chief and getting a license to carry (concealed) firearms took 20 minutes.
Getting that slip signed off in the first place took less than 5 minutes at the local station (as in "I walked in, filled it out and when I came out the song on my car radio hadn't even finished"
)
