Can anyone recommend a cheap (key word here) entry level "night vision" IR scope? I'm going to be mounting it on a 22-250 for coyotes. I don't need anything top of the line here, just be able to see out to 100yds at night. I'm having a hard time finding one that's under $1000. Preferably id want some thing more in the >$300 price range. Any ideas?

It's hard enough to find a good daylight scope that is good enough to make precise fur saving shots at 100 yds for $300. I'm pretty certain you wouldn't be happy with any night vision scope for that amount.
Try letting them get within shotgun range and use a red light at night.

Check this thread and you can search for some similar using the advanced search. There are a couple of folks discussing some low priced NV. I've used GIII NV sight that is decent w/ irr at 100+ yds, but it's costly. My only exp w/ some of the older tech was a GI or II mono that seemed prettly worthless past about 40 yds. Pretty sure the scopes that cost $3k 15yrs ago are about a 1/4 of that now.
