you really need to hold 'em all, to see what you like best, what feels most right to you, they all good
if thinking about ever using scope or red dot on it the Marlin 1894C is the obvious choice, but I do have a very slight preference for the slimmer, trimmer Rossi '92 (own both)
but the Henry's are real nice also

As to complaints about some of them being ticky about feeding 38s, methinks that is more the shooter than the gun.. there is a smooth no-pause rhythm in working them that long time lever action shooters are naturally accustomed to, but some new to levers are not; makes a difference, IMO.
