I shoot 0.6 MOA at 500 yards. Believe it or not.

No that's actually pretty suspect since you asked. All that really proves is you traveled 500 yards twice once to put it up and once to film it,
Shows nothing about how or when or at what distance they were made.

Yeah. The other people that were shooting at the range just froze everything they were doing so I could set up a ruse. That's a good one.

I shoot 0.6 MOA at 500 yards. FACT

This thread needs to end.

Nothing but shade, jealousy, or envy being cast. If you can't do what I do with what I have then practice more. I'm done replying. To everyone that believed me. Thank you.

@MR WICK you keep saying that what you have been shooting you, "don't consider that good," well everyone here is telling you that the targets you posted at the range you said they were shot at is high level shooting.

So go and enter yourself into some long range competition and just watch the sponsors and money roll in on winning competitions. We'll watch for your name on the competition results, come back and post them.

If you take anything from this thread take the above into consideration if everything you have posted is fact.

1. Did you really put that music/sound on there? haha
2. That video doesnt prove anything.
3. Why does Google Earth measure that range at 365 meters from the shooting positions to the rear berm?
Yeah what’s up with the music ? I would have to concur that video of one shot and then a target pic doesn’t tell me a thing. The load is far to level for such a low charge of powder, I’m not seeing the normal dispersion that’s why I asked earlier how many fps.

That's why some of us only accept claims made in competition with witnesses. We have no way of knowing the real distance to your targets, you sound like you are guessing and overestimating substantially, you have avoided questions about load work up case prep etc. and your pictures are proof of nothing. You have been posting on here some time now. I will leave it at that.

Holy ****. I honestly can not believe how many people on here hate. It's amazing. Instead of saying good job or just keeping your mouth shut because you don't have anything positive to say people are Google mapping stuff.

Which you wasted your time doing. It doesn't even have an accurate layout of the range. The entire place was remodeled. Just last month they repaved the entire place and added distance to many of the ranges. Just like they are adding a mile range on Christmas.

You're right though. I shot the target at 25 yards, asked everyone shooting to go cold so I could drive 3 minutes out to 500 yards. Place the target there. Drive 3 minutes back. Ask everyone there to go cold again so I could drive another 3 minutes out, collect my target and drive 3 minutes back. The old timers that shoot there love that stuff. They wouldn't care if I wasted a minimum of 15 minutes of there time for BS.

Do you see how stupid that sounds?

@MR WICK - what in the video was proof to connect the rounds fired in video to the holes in the paper, and connect that paper to the claimed distance?

Maybe you really did shoot that today, and maybe the range really is longer than it all ears on google earth, and maybe it’s just poor videography - but what were we supposed to see as proof? We’re obviously NOT seeing what you believe is irrefutable proof, or at least not understanding it as such, so what are we missing?

Which load were you shooting today? The FGMM factory load, or your ELD handload? What’s the velocity on your ELD load?

Nobody has said you shot at 25 yards.

Nobody is "hating". You said you were going to provide video of you shooting and the walk. Then you provided a cut together video with emo rock screaming "no one believes in you!!!!"

Unless they completely removed and relocated the bench area of that range... it's still 400 yards. And I doubt they did so as the t shaped concrete pad from the tables to the 25 yard line is present in your pictures and maps.

FYI.. for people that use computers and what not to find info and people for a living, it's not remotely work. Plus you've been acting shady about this for a while now so...

I'll reply to you just because you are a veteran and then I'm done.

I used the products I showed you in the last pictures I sent. Federal Brass, Hornady ELD match bullets, and accurate 2495 smokeless propellant. Primers. No idea. I used a 39.8 load and weighed every round after the powder drop to ensure consistency. As far as the video. I don't know of any camera that can zoom in 500 yards so I guess you either believe me or don't.

Let's just let this post die or lock it. It's really gotten out of control. I don't even feel like posting on here anymore. The hate has just been overwhelming.

One thing I’m sure of is you have a great place to shoot, Mr. Wick. I’m also sure you enjoy shooting. Two positives for me. I’m not going to worry about the other stuff.

I’m a long time CM shooter; my original is likely over 10 years old, and I’m experienced enough that I believe I understand the CM’s advantages and limits. It’s not a good cartridge if you want to regularly shoot to a mile. You need a cartridge that’s considerably more powerful. I don’t shoot at that distance, and have no desire too, so I’m not in a position to compare cartridges suitable for those distances.

I can lock it if you wish, but no one has been hating on you, they just find it hard to believe, as posted, and the "proof" is anything but.

Adapters for a camera onto a spotting scope are widely available. Propping your phone up behind a spotter is a time tested option. There are cameras that attach to your scope as well.
