(I'm not sure where to put this post, but here looked as good as any place.)
I have several sealed tins of ComBloc Milsurp ammo & would like to know what is in them without opening them. My research only got me so far. I do know the ammo is corrosive. My research found contradictory information so I'm not sure what is what.
One tin is 7.62x25 (I believe). From what I can decipher it is brass cased, but also ranging/spotting(?) whatever that means, if it's even correct. I have no idea how many rounds are in the tin, when & where it was made.
The other tins are 7.62x54r. Pretty sure they're copper washed steel case, heavy ball ammo. Again, not sure of the quantity, when & where it was made.
Any help would be most appreciated.
