With 97 new legislators in the general assembly, the supreme courts recent decisions on the Heller & McDonald cases and strong support from the Illinois Sheriff's Assocation, I'm hearing a concealed carry law in Illinois is starting to look like a possible reality.
Ok, let's say the bill passes through the house. What happens when it reaches Gov. Quinn's desk? He will veto it. Do they have enough votes to over ride the Governor's veto?
