I want something that is bolt action, detachable box magazine (not the floor plate type), preferably black walnut, 30-06, fluted or bull barrel. I've looked at the ruger scout and its not really for me.

Good luck finding a .30-06 with a bull barrel, let alone one that is fluted. About 12 years ago I had this one custom built for me and used it in competition for several years.
