hello, any feed back on buying/using 124gr. 9MM Plated Rn from Rocky mountain reloading? Good price on them..

Those are good bullets, especially with the promo RMR is running for the month of October (use promo code legalheat for 5% off). If you buy 2000 with the promo code, that's $82/1000 shipped! I have used start-to-mid range jacketed load data for W231/HP-38 from Hodgdon with good results and pushed them harder too without plating separation.

RMR/longdayjake recommends:
Please use jacketed velocities when loading them as lead cast data is too slow.

Jake, as a law school student, offered the promo with mylegalheat consideration:
September 27 - mylegalheat has been a big supporter of ours and has been kind enough to promote our business in their newsletter. You don't have to use the money you save to take one of their classes, but it will help me return the favor.

I've purchased several boxes of 9 and 40 bullets from Jake. I would highly recommend the bullets and the service you get from Jake. :D
