I recently acquired 20 boxes of IMI/Samson .44 magnum .240 Gr. JHP from a dealer that went out of business about 10 years ago and held onto a lot of ammo inventory.
The price was right and I plan on shooting it 'till it's gone. I remember shooting some years ago from my 6" 629 and it was some fairly hot stuff. Well, the box I shot this morning was just as I remembered.
Wondering where I could find ballistic info on this round. I don't have a chrono, etc. Just from the recoil, it "feels" like some of the Buffalo bore loadings I've shot lately.
