Maryland, as I understand it, has a list of approved guns, and all those *not* on the list are presumed bad.
If one moved to Maryland, having already legally bought one of these off-list guns in another state, is it legal to maintain possession and say nothing? Or is there an obligation to self-report this act of iniquity?
The other day, I wondered whether my brother's Cz-100 (popular company, unpopular gun) was legal for sale in MD, and whether there was a difference between "legal for sale" and "legal to possess."
Turns out, checking the MD State Police site (http://www.mdsp.org/), it's legal for sale anyhow -- but what if it hadn't been? Anyone on here moved to Maryland *after* buying guns not allowed there?
