A question I've been pondering for a while, is in this type of scenario: If the person in that car were to shoot/stab the aggressor, who would end up doing jail time?
If that ever happened to me, there wouldn't be a greater feeling in the world than emptying a full 15-round clip of 9mm rounds into the aggressor and knowing I was legally permitted to defend myself in such a way. But unfortunately, that's probably not the case.
