Hi folks,

I'm going to order a IWB holster from BladeTech for my issued HK P2000.

I carry the 9mm version... are there any differences between the 9mm and the .40 version regarding the size? I recall that the HK USP in 9mm is not the same size as the .40 and .45 versions.

The BladeTech homepage just says P2000... I'd hate to buy a holster for the wrong gun.

Can anyone help me?

Regards,

Trooper

Just like the USP models, the 9mm and the .40 S&W models are built on the same frame. It's the .45 models that use a slightly larger frame. Remember, the USP was originally designed for the .40 and not simply a 9mm beefed up to accomodate the .40 cal cartridge.

Are you referencing the P2000 or USP? I'd love to get something with the ergos of the P2000 in .45, but I wasn't aware they made them...

They don't offer a P2000 style in .45ACP....yet. Looks like the USP sized P3000 may or the HK45 if it's ever released to civilians.

U probably have a GPM (assuming your a German Cop) model. I would call/email them first. I may be wrong. I believe the frame is different and the magazines are different.
