I haven't listed this in the trading post yet, I'm just looking for suggestions or comments first. I'm interested in selling or trading my Centurion 2000 (G3) for a G21 or G36, or maby a SA XD45. Anyone on here know if that is a good trade or what this particular rifle may be worth to sell. I really don't like it all that much and can't afford to shoot it anyway. I'd rather have a nice handgun. I've never shot it but it does appear to be used and has a broken front sight post, looks easy enough to replace that. As far as I can tell that is all that is wrong with it. I may take it to the Bill Goodmans Gun show this weekend if nobody here has any suggestions.

Thanks....

it's a CIA so it may or may not be built right. If it runs its worth $450 with a busted front sight, If it needs work your looking at $300 on the high side and as low they go on the bottom end.

Field strip and check the bolt. Is it ground down on the rear section? if so thats a bad thing. When its assembled let the bolt slam forward and then if you flip it over and look thru the mag well you will see the bolt gap between the bolt and the carrier stuff a feeler guage in there and thats your bolt gap reading. If you check on cetmerifles.com they will have a sticky posted on how to check this and what is good and bad bolt gap. This will get you started. With CIA G-3's its been a buyers market around here.
