Hi all, I was just got finished shooting a friend of mine Star 9mm BM I think it was BM or something. I was with him when he bought it used at a gunshow for $150 and the finish was not worn I would have given that on the looks alone to play with it is sort of a 1911 9mm without the grip safety roughly a little over 4 1/4" just eyeballing 8 rnd single stack pistol all functions worked fine. I just wanted to know some info on these guns because I could not belive the trigger on it. It was wonderful unlike anything else I had ever shot! Is this trigger a pretty common thing in the Star line? I noticed on gunbroker there are lots of bidders on these but no info. thanks

Southern Ohio Gun has them for $139. They're good 9mm's, but because the company that made them is gone, spare parts are harder and harder to come by. If you want to keep shooting it longterm, you might want to pick up another while they're cheap for spares.

I bought one from KYImports a couple years ago , fun gun and reliable especially with low cost 9mm ammo . Wish I still had it but A friend of mine wanted it more than me !
