Inland M1 carbine?

I found an Inland M1 carbine in the local want ad. What would this gun be worth. I says its in "Great Condition" Anything I sould know about this gun if I go to look at it? BTW I tried the search engine but wasn't working at the time. Thanks Tim

Its value depends on its markings. "Great Condition" is very subjective too. Go here and into the carbine forums.

No, it's an M1 Carbine, not an M1 Garand. Very different rifles.

How much are they asking? Carbine prices have risen considerably the last few years and if it's the newspaper, odds are it's under valued.

Personally, if it's any sort of decent shape, I'd grab it for anything up to $450. Over that it may still be priced ok, but it wouldn't be a bargain.
