Instructional DVD For Building AR-15

Looking for recommendations for an instructional dvd that will assist in the building of an AR-15. Have seen some mixed reviews about the AGI video. Any others that reflect up-to-date do's and don'ts as well as making informed decisions with respect to options and accessories?
