Was the Indian IOF 32 Revolver in .32 S&W Long ever imported into the States? I'm just curious as I've always had a weird fascination with top-breaks. Thanks.

Pic in case anyone cares:

I looked into that awhile back and can't find that they did. I did have one of their copies of the Hi Power pistols. Actually it was a close copy of the Inglis version. It was a nice shooting gun.

Thanks for the note. I can't imagine their would be much of a market for these wheelguns, beyond those that think Webley's are neat-o.

Cool little gun. I'd buy one if the price was reasonable.

I'm still kicking myself for not buying a real Webley .32 when I had the chance.

That is so cool looking. Now you have given me one more thing to want I can't have. Dont I already have it bad enough living where I do?

While I do have a couple of defensive handguns, my primary interest in handguns borders more on Curio & Relic items, sometimes the odder the better to me. That IOF would perk my interest.

Greetings from India !

The IOF .32 revolver has been discussed extensively here ... http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=2298&sid=87169a0cdf03f3c1101966ae28ca0fa3

Its comaprison with Webley .32 is here ..... http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6166

Last year a longer barrel version was launched . The price however will really surprise you. As per the IOF website it is 85,652 Indian rupees for the shorter barreled one and 1,12,843 Indian rupees for the longer barreled .
1 USD = 59.57 Indian rupees .

I wouldn't pay $1400 to $1900 for a handgun with quality control issues if I had so many better and cheaper options that you gentlemen have in the USA.

best,
Rp.
