you are absolutely correct, this is legal and i should not have posted something that is not legal precedent, or citable law or judicial decision. So give me a rip i deserve it. on the other hand almost all of this thread is just citing of opinions not of the judicial type also, but again, I was wrong to not follow the rules .

Well, this isn't just about forum rules.

In general, if one posts something as true, it’s his burden to support that claim with verifiable, credible evidence or legal authority. Saying something doesn’t make it true, and no one has to believe it. If one doesn't support his statements with verifiable, credible evidence or legal authority, it's appropriate to reject his statements as untrue.
