Is burn rate the main criterion for what powder you can use?

ArchAngelCD, I read everything posted to me, always, there is just so much info to process for a brand-new reloader like myself!
That's exactly what I meant. I didn't mean to sound like I thought you ignored the post, only that with everything in this thread you might have missed it. I remember how overwhelming reloading can be when we just start out. Don't sweat it, before you know it this will all seem old-hat and become like second nature, all but checking everything twice or more of course... lol

Thanks ArchAngel! I love it how the loading press makers say, "You can start reloading good ammunition minutes after the press is bolted down." Righttttttt....:scrutiny:
 
And I am sure there are reloaders who wished they had a pound of AutoComp for their 45ACP.
I have a pound of WSF, I am hoping it will work well for 45acp.
