**Is Cal's Sporting Armory out of business???**

Is Cal's Sporting Armory out of business? I have called them on Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday and I keep getting a voice message. I left a voice message and receive no reply. Now I get voicemail is full when I call them. They are not replying to email.

Is this company legit?
 
They are notorious for horrible customer service. I can back this up as I've been in the shop and was ignored for almost 20 minutes. Doesn't surprise me that they're not returning calls. Then again, with their service they might have gone out of business.
 
They are pretty bad at returning calls. I dont' even think they have e-mail?

The do have email, they do return phone calls, and their customer service is not terrible.

At least thats what I learned from my only purchase from them that I had to return 1/2 of.
 
I have a negative impression right now because I can't get a hold of anybody there. Is there anybody here that got through to them this week?
 
I'll try to run by there tomorrow afternoon. I'm kind of tight on time tomorrow, but if I can, I'll let you know. Yes, it's a one person operation most of the time.
 
I've ordered a couple of KAC parts from them. Never too friendly on the phone, but always received what I ordered when it was promised.
 
I ordered some HK mags from them years ago. Was never really impressed with them at the time... although I did get my mags and they were as advertised. Since then I've found a much better, friendlier supplier.
 
Sorry, couldn't make it by there today. Just not enough hours in the week. I'll check next week sometime and let you know.
 
I'm thinking that there may be a problem with the number you have. I just called and talked with Chad. Try 303-806-0357.
 
motorep, I have been calling 303-806-0357 but I keep getting a recorded message.

What time and day are you calling? What time and day should I call to get through?

Do they have another phone number besides the one you posted? I know they have a fax number.


Here is their hours & days of business:
Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PM (Mtn) Tue.-Sat.
Closed daily from 2:00pm - 3:00pm
 
That's the #, I just picked up the phone and called. The hours you posted are the ones he told me. Maybe he's got customers in the store and is one of the rare people that actually pays attention to them rather than answering the phone...
 
They're probably depressed about the AWB expiring, and have gone into mourning - they won't be able to try to cause legal trouble with their competition anymore, calling the ATF, claiming they are selling illegal preban mags.

Heh once they remove every instance of "LAW ENFORCEMENT ONLY" and "LETTERHEAD REQUIRED" from the web site, it'll load twice as fast.

Unfortunately, if you're a hardcore HKer like I am, there are very few places to get certain items.
 
I do not live in the same state as Cal's Sporting Armory, so I can not just drop in to the store. I have to order through the phone.

Like MMcCall said Cal's Sporting Armory carry items not sold elsewhere.

Cal's Sporting Armory's website says to call them to order the item I want to purchase so I have to contact him through the phone.
