I was surfing GB and noticed some things that did not look right. Solvent traps being advertised as they can be made into suppressors. Another one that threw up a lot of red flags is this one here, https://www.gunbroker.com/item/947844760 This seller has the Rare Breed FTR triggers and will list one after another as they sell. Most all of the feed back if for this trigger. I don't believe that GB would allow someone to sell such a thing that the ATF considers a machine gun illegally if they were not working with the ATF. Any ideas?

I don’t doubt it, money and power is the new religion. Get on the AFT’s grace and they look the other way. Don’t comply, they ride you till they find something

Doubt they are in cahoots. People have been selling machine gun parts in the backs of magazines for decades before the advent of gunbroker. The parts themselves are not illegal.

What one does with them is a different story.

I agree mark. I remember back in the day when you could call Rhino out of the Carolina's and get all kind so parts and they were legit. Long gone now and the Biden cartel is not to be trusted at all. I don't want them but if I did want an Arm brace or solvent trap it would be only at a gun show and cash purchase. But not a big deal to me I have no use for these things.

I have zero use for Braces, FRT, slide fires, oil traps, binary triggers… All just range gimmicks.

What something they can never take away. Books on Art of War, tactical and physical training, eat heathy !

Seriously? There are tens of thousands of firearm listings on GunBroker at any one time. Easily that many non firearm listings.

No one with GunBroker is spending any time doing searches of listings to see if that listing is legal/illegal. If you contact GB support with a suspicious listing they may remove it.

I agree, full auto in anything that isn't belt fed with a QD barrel is pretty much useless and silly anyway.

Books, on the other hand, most certainly can (and are) being banned, tracked, and memory-holed.

Well I think we can all agree the ATF has no care in what a business or single entity does.

The ATF's only intrest is in the ability to prove non compliance exists and prosecute non compliance to the fullest extent of the law.

This is just LOW LOW LOW hanging fruit desined to capture the dumb and gullible and use them as bait to entrap others.

When people start talking that special kind of stupid at gun shows, ranges, events I remove myself from the scene.

You can't cheat honest men out of their freedom

Dumb & Gullible & Poor citizens have right to keep and bear arms without bring entrapped into a crime by a government agency.

It’s always the Dumb & Gullible & Poor citizens who are sent to fight and be cannon fodder.

Amazon too, don't be stupid out there. :)
Yeah. I actually could use one. Because I have a piece of equipment that plugs filters once a month after someone thoughtfully threw dirt in the tank.
There's no way you could get me to order one though. No matter how nice it would be to be able to put screens in and wash them.
I grew up reading shotgun news and asked Dad how they sold those things.
He said if you like freedom. Don't fall for it.

He said if you like freedom. Don't fall for it.

We have Social Security Numbers... Bank Accounts... Credit Histories...

...and when we become infirm, these very numbers are used to take away from us that we've worked so hard to save up all our lives...

...we have long fallen for the illusion of freedom!

If the FBI is running sting operations on paedophiles you can bet the ATF is running stings on homemade silencers.

Amazon and GB also are not limited to sales in the US, too.

So, it could be simple incompetence by the seller to not have "Not For Sale in the US" in their listings.

And of course, there is no bar to alphabet agencies having accounts on such sites--other than that being duplicitous and disingenuous and immoral in its way.

"If" I was a gun collector. And, "IF" I needed a certain gun to complete my collection. Or "If" I wanted a certain gun that I could not find anywhere else. Maybe, Just Maybe I would use gb.
But, I'm not. So, I don't.
Just another place to spend more money than you need to.
