Is San Francisco County Sheriff Michael Hennessey Above The Law?

There's another post in this section about some people in San Diego involved in a legal dispute about this same issue with their sherriff. Any chance the people of SF can join forces with them?

If you are referring to the Peruta case, then you are right. There are definitely multiple cases going on throughout the entire State of California right now. This year, the different gun rights groups throughout California have really teamed up in a way that makes them a force multiplier in the struggle to restore our gun rights here in the Golden State. But having multiple cases and attacking this problem from multiple angles is exactly what we want to do. Believe me, we are all very much aware of each other's efforts and have teamed up in some cases to maximize our impact.

It's San Francisco; that says it all. Their solution to everything they don't like is the typical liberal reaction of "ban it". They don't like plastic bags...so ban'em!!! They don't like toys in happy meals...so ban'em. They don't like circumcision...so ban'em. Ban, ban, ban, ban, ban; it's the liberal nanny-state solution to everything. So this Sheriff's view point is by no means a shocker; in fact, it fits right in with how they do things in SF. San Francisco liberals know better than you on how you should run your life; they are, after all, better and smarter than you. South Park said it best: SMUG ALERT!!!

Hennessey is a classic liberal. He's very pro-criminal and is more concerned with the rights of inmates over law enforcement. That's why SF kept re-electing him.

Heck, they voted for liberals for district attorney and then they're too stupid to figure out why out-of-country criminals come to San Francisco to commit crime.

San Francisco is the only entity with three elected public defenders. First, there is the official public defender. Then there is the district attorney who until recently was soft on crime. The new District Attorney is the former police chief but time will tell if he's any good. Finally, there's Sheriff Hennessey who is a champion of illegal immigrants including those who are arrested for crimes.

What a dysfunctional place that city is.

What a dysfunctional place that city is.

This pretty much says it all. SF is in it's own world where it's citizens are mere peons that will do what they are told and will wipe with only the approved toilet paper. I guess the only saving grace is that they are completely unable to enact their utopia of complete peon control at the federal level. Hopefully the Democrats can keep the autoritarians in their party from pulling a SF on the entire nation.

"You there...little peon....you WILL ONLY use the light bulbs we approve of!"

"You there...little peon...you WILL ONLY drive the vehicles we approve of!"

"You there...little peon...you WILL ONLY...etc, etc, etc..!"

If I lived in San Francisco, I'd go to a surrounding town, buy a couple thousand dollars worth of happy meals with TOYS, drive into the city, and hand them out to orphanages just to urine off the liberals. As well as go grocery shopping in a surrounding town's supermarket, bringing back as many groceries in PLASTIC BAGS as possible for homeless shelters as my way of giving the finger to the authoritarians and their "we-know-better-than-you" attitude.
