Is the "new" Gunsamerica.com better than the old?

Since all the choice descriptive adjectives have been used up i will just say very "Rinky Dink".Web design by a third grader!!! Slow,very time consuming repetitive or useless steps,no bulk delete features.The attitude of their customer service stinks,they need to enroll in "charm school".Talks down to customers, like a prison guard to a inmate,and can not accept any constructive criticism.I'm a second amendment guy,gun collector and shooter all my life,i hate to see any any gun related outfit bite the dust.These people are doing it to themselves,big time,with their own hard heads as their downfall.I used to sell there but now everything is listed on AA.Don't need the hassle i just go where making a living is simple and easy.

I use a Mac, and have no problems with it at all. They seem to have worked out a lot of the bugs since this thread was started. I've actually been checking it lately, and it works much better than it did after the initial fubar.

No comparison -- the new version is so bad I rarely even bother with it.

I'll go beyond that. The new Guns America is so bad that I never look at it. I bought several firearms off (through) the old GA. The new version is unusable, unfriendly, and not worth the aggravation it creates.

Why should I have to register just to see full-size pictures of the guns? That's idiotic. I'm a buyer, not a seller. Their commission comes to them from the seller. They have zero need to know who I am, and for that reason I refuse to register.

This is just another example of shooting themselves in the foot. I've shifted to other sites, and I don't miss them a bit.

I get the impression that whoever runs the site doesn't give a rat's bazoo what the customer things.

Site is slower than it was,new listings are few,appears everyone is jumping ship.This is what happens when you don't listen to your customers complaints and ideas.
