Is this lead usable for reloading? If so, what's it worth?

No it's not radioactive. I actually have a pending sale for the whole lot already. At a buck a pound, it's better then the scrap yard. Definitely helps with Santa coming soon and wife needing new tires before winter. Oh, and a little will be going in to my S&W shield fund too
