I purchased an old duty weapon for what seemed at the time to be a really good price. The gun had holster rash and it looks like the gun had been dropped on the right side of the rear fixed sight and kinda bent/mushroomed the right blade, while cleaning it the right side of the blade finally cracked off. (It would appear it was barely hanging on by a thread). I'm looking for a replacement rear sight to fit the factory dovetail (not a Novak style dovetail). Trijicon makes a drop-in replacement SA04 Tritium sight set to fit but the sights are almost as much as I paid for the gun. The S&W part numbers are 06373 for the original obsolete part which was superseded by PN 10453. S&W no longer stocks either one. Does anyone have one sitting on the shelf gathering dust that they'd be willing to part with for something less than a king's ransom?
