I have an Armi Jager SAA replica and I want to change the grip housing on it. Does anybody know if the Uberti or some of the other SAA clone frames will fit, even with minor modification I’m still interested.
IIRC that revolver is a true Colt clone so any grips made for the Colt SAA should fit your revolver. Note, I'm not completely sure because I'm going on memory alone, not iron clad proof. Check further before you buy.
I have so far only found one grip frame backstrap which is actually the piece I would like to buy. I’m suprised that they aren’t more readily available. The money on that part has me reconsidering the modification I’m wanting to do, especially since that one mid opens up a whole can of worms that I don’t need to pay for right now.
For whatever its worth: The revolver is the German made Western Six Shooter by J.P. Sauer & Sohn, the backstrap is from a Colt 1851 Navy (Colt or replica, I don't know. Bought many years from Dixie Gun Works) and the trigger guard is from Uberti. Mainspring screw also froma Uberti. Slight fitting was all that was required:
P.S. No problems were encountered with the screw pattern.
Hope you found this helpful.

P.P.S. Make sure any part that is threaded, i.e. the screw at the bottom of the trigger guard, is of the correct make.
I have a barrel long enough to legally convert to carbine and rather than spend a pile on a stock, I would rather just buy another backstrap or entire grip housing and drill/tap it and affix a different stock. I have an 870 stock that would be a good piece to hack on until I was happy, then recreate with a nicer piece that’s not so much hacked up.
