well.. soon I will be calling up Ithaca to get me a gun... What im thinking about is getting an M37 featherlight 26 inch barrel 12g ect ect...
BUT what my question is... b/c I would like for it to shoot slugs also is if the Deerslayer III barrel will be able to be put on it.
The new Deerslayer barrel is sweet as hell ... fluted, rifled, 20% lighter than the other Deerslayer barrels... apparently the guys up at Ithaca can shoot 1 inch groups at 100 yrds with this barrel... seems really good!
My next question would be if it does fit (im sure they can make me one that will fit) .. will it shoot as good on the M37 as it does on the Deerslayer model? The deerslyer is alittle different and I dont know if its enough different to make the barrel shoot different on each gun?...
