Very little on Google when searching for "Ivory Grip Caps"

Anyone else think an ivory grip cap would be a nice way of personalizing a rifle?

I was very pleased with the ivory that came on a used stock I got for my Ithaca Model 37. I thought is was plastic and it turned out to be real. I refinished the stock, added the bridge and trestle recoil pad, and stained the ivory with tea.

In New Jersey? I'm surprised helicopters don't decend on your house and make you disappear forever.

New Jersey is not so bad, except:

No carry permit

No NFA's or AOW's

One handgun per month and you have to get a permit to buy each handgun.

And the worst, it illegal to have a bayonet lug if your semi-auto has a flash suppressor. Fortunately, this has just about eliminated the scourge of flash-suppressed drive-by bayonetings.

Still no rule outlawing ivory grip caps, but let's not give the politicians in Trenton :barf: any ideas.
