IZH 53M Russian .177 pistol
Today we examine and shoot the IZH-53M This is at least the second version of the pistol. The original had a funky match-type grip. It's not much to assume that the original grip wasn't left hand friendly so it was changed to this design.,

I may be wrong, but I think that IZH is also the stamp for IZHMASH , the Russian barrel makers. Pretty sure I saw that recently on a Remington brand drilling shotgun, over /under with the over being a .22 cal and the under being .410 gauge.

Yes they also make the barrel for this pistol as far as I know
