J.C. Higgins model 31

We were shooting the other day and I pulled the bolt back and it broke. Hoping to get some help in finding a replacement part. I have looked at some pictures and it seems there are two different types of bolts. One looks more like a trigger (the one I broke) and the other is rounded and short. Can anybody tell me the difference and are they interchangeable. And suggestions on where to get replacement part?

IIRC the JC Higgins 31 is a High Standard and that there were four iterations. You need to get the Sears model number (583.75, 583.76, 583.82, 583.3100) and make sure you are getting the part for your model. I suggest heading over to Rimfire Central and asking in the pre-1990 Savage section.
